About this website
The policy below covers the Grid.Pe app and platform. This website (grid.pe) is deliberately lighter: the only thing you can hand us here is your email address, and only if you type it into the waitlist form and submit it. That email is stored with our database provider, Supabase, and used to send you launch and availability updates for your city. Nothing else on this page collects it.
This website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or session recording. We do use Google Analytics to count page visits and see which sections people read, and it sets cookies to do so — which is why nothing loads until you press Accept on the cookie notice. Press Decline and no analytics script is loaded at all; your choice is remembered in your browser and you can change it by clearing this site's data. Your waitlist email is never sent to Google. Our hosting provider also logs standard request data (IP address, user agent, referring page and timestamp) as part of serving the page. To be removed from the waitlist, write to hello@gridpe.app and we will delete your address.

For international travelers utilizing our premium Multi-Currency or Foreign Exchange fulfillment section, this strictly includes passport data and visa scans.
- b. Digital Payment Metadata: Bank account information, UPI IDs, and tokenized payment identifiers required to synchronize transactions with authorized, licensed payment processors.
- c. Logistics & Device Analytics: Hyperlocal geographic location data (for real-time delivery routing and coordination), application interaction logs, device identifiers, and operating system specifications.
3. How We Use Your Data
We utilize collected information exclusively to:
- Facilitate verification processing and maintain adherence to regulatory identity verification standards.
- Process, track, and route on-demand hyperlocal delivery requests.
- Provide real-time operational status communication and interactive timeline feedback.
- Investigate, prevent, and mitigate unauthorized activities, payment discrepancies, or fraudulent transactions.

Your operational data is stored utilizing secure infrastructure configurations. We enforce industry-standard transmission safeguards, access controls, and encryption protocols. Sensitive card parameters (such as CVV codes) are never processed or retained on our independent infrastructure.

We do not trade or sell user profiles. Information is shared strictly with:
- Licensed, RBI-authorized Payment Gateways and banking operators processing your checkout transactions.
- Secure identity verification networks and API nodes (e.g., identity engines for international passports).
- Authorized enforcement bodies or regulatory authorities when compelled strictly under applicable laws.

7. Data Retention
